These items that are part of our Post Cyclone Alfred specials are only available as cold cryovac options for collection. All of our cryovac bags are heat treated bags and all you need to re-heat is just a pot of boiling water, which even if you have no power and have a portable gas cooker you can still eat delicious barbecue!
Serving Size = Full rack of ribs will serve 1-2 people as a main meal or 4-6 people when added with other meats and sides

COLLECTION TIME: You can collect your order the next day after ordering online. Our website will only allow you to choose a date 72hrs in advance but in the notes section on the checkout page, just write the day and time you wish to collect.
