How much meat can you fit in Frankenstein?
This is a very common question for us. We worked it out that you could fit in the smoker roughly 70-80 briskets at roughly 8kg’s each. Now whilst we haven’t tested this, we also don’t want to see that meat bill either! HaHa!
For any more Frankenstein or smoking questions, please feel free to always ask us on your next visit and you might even be lucky enough to get a tour of her.
