At Frankie’s we process a lot of brisket, which means we have a lot of trim leftover! So what else do you do, but turn that trim into some A grade mince! Once our briskets are trimmed, the excess trim moves from our meat rooms in our warehouse, to our mincing room, weighed, vac sealed down and straight into the freezer! Frankie’s beef mince works on a 80/20 mix, so you get all the goodness with that side of extra flavour!
No fillers. No additives. Just pure premium beef mince!

Orders are available for pick up from our store at 719 Stanley St, Woolloongabba, Tue – Sun during store opening hours. We cook our meat daily and require 48 hours notice. Please check our pickup timetable for more info.
