Frankie’s self catering packs gives you the ability to get the best of Frankie’s as if you were ordering from a table inside our restaurant. The 4 person pack consists of:
Approx 500g Brisket
Approx 500g Pulled Pork
4 Hotlinks
Large Coleslaw
4 Pickles
2 Pots of Jalapeño
2 Pots of BBQ Sauce
Bread rolls with butter

If you are ordering larger packs, all of the quantities are multiplied, eg if you ordered 8 per person pack, the quantities above would be doubled.
Both photos show all items that are included, note the items in foil is how our Hot option comes and the items in bags, is how the cold option is packaged.
Dietary: This pack contains gluten (bread roll) & dairy (Coleslaw & butter). You can select for this pack to be made Coeliac friendly and/or Dairy Free.
Coeliac Friendly: Bread rolls are removed from the pack. We unfortunately do not have alternative at this time.
Dairy Free: The coleslaw is made using a vegan aioli & the hotlink (pork, jalapeno & cheddar sausage) is swapped to 600-700g of chicken wings, flavour of your choice. When selecting Dairy free, please write in the notes of the order at checkout what flavour you would like for the wings (choose between: BBQ, Buffalo, Naked or White Alabama)

Brisket
Either pot of boiling water (Leaving the meat in the cryovac bag) until food reaches over 75 degrees (Approx 45 mins in water whole piece, 25-30 mins if pre-sliced). Or heat in the oven on a tray lined with baking paper, covered with foil and add a small dish of water on the tray to retain moisture. If you would like the meat pre-sliced to help the meat heat quicker, please let us know.
Pulled Pork
Either pot of boiling water (Leaving the meat in the cryovac bag) until food reaches over 75 degrees (Approx 45 mins in water). Or heat in the oven on a tray lined with baking paper, covered with foil and add a small dish of water on the tray to retain moisture.
Beef Short Rib
Either pot of boiling water (Leaving the meat in the cryovac bag) until food reaches over 75 degrees (Approx 45 mins in water). Or heat in the oven on a tray lined with baking paper, covered with foil and add a small dish of water on the tray to retain moisture.
Pork Ribs
Either pot of boiling water (Leaving the meat in the cryovac bag) until food reaches over 75 degrees (Approx 30 mins in water). Or heat in the oven on a tray lined with baking paper, covered with foil and add a small dish of water on the tray to retain moisture. Note: pork ribs will not take as long to reheat.
Chicken Wings
Either pot of boiling water (Leaving the meat in the cryovac bag) until food reaches over 75 degrees (Approx 25 mins in water). Or heat in the oven on a tray lined with baking paper, covered with foil and add a small dish of water on the tray to retain moisture.
Bread Rolls
These are a par-baked item. Just let them sit out of the freezer for 5 mins before cooking. Cook at 160 degrees for 10 mins.
Orders are available for pick up from our store at 719 Stanley St, Woolloongabba, Wed – Sun during store opening hours. We cook our meat daily and require 72 hours notice. Please check our pickup timetable for more info.
